The Town of Springdale proposes to amend its Municipal Plan and Development Regulations to give Council discretionary authority to allow chickens to be kept for domestic use on residential properties. The amendment will add “keeping of chickens” as a discretionary use in the Residential Low Density and Residential Medium Density zone.
